Our Simple Process

We do not have a secret sauce therefore our approach is opportunistic within our partner network. Below explained is the current process we utilize once clients are signed with Scitus AI Consulting.

Step 1

Full on-boarding and access to all sales materials. Assessment of the current immediate needs and strategy creation.

Step 2

Responsibility and Accountability division to set a full trackable & transparent business development process. Engagement with corporate partners to evaluate next steps. Usually a free test / pilot is required by the corporate partners in order to efficiently gain commercialization contracts. The pilot / test Phase takes between 6 month to 1 year on average.

Step 3

Hands on guidance and assistance from test execution all the way throughout commercial contract negotiation & execution. We are fighting to gain 5 year+ contracts to our clients.
